Refund and Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will process your return/exchange request. Requests made after 7 days will not be honored. Ensure you contact us first by email at info@neonlightssigns.com.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • tems returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days after receipt.
  • All items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-returnable items

  • On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

  • nitiate a return: Email us at info@neonlightssigns.com with photos and/or videos of the items and your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost return/exchange packages.
  • Refund or exchange: Once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our error (such as incorrect products or quality issues), we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons (such as disliking the item, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer must pay the return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@neonlightssigns.com.
  • Please note: we do not refund the original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • If your payment is completed and the parcel is not shipped but over 24 hours, you can still cancel your order, but only 80% of your money will be refunded.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel is shipped.
